The Greater Boston Chapter of Blacks in Government is governed through a committee structure. The chapter is managed by a Leadership Committee that is made up of the Executive Committee members and the heads of each
operating (non-executive) committee. An elected president chairs the Executive Committee and the Leadership Committee.
